Virtual tour technology
has been evolving rapidly over the past few years.
With the demise of the IPIX monopoly and the growth
of innovative new companies, the landscape has changed
dramatically.
Virtual tour companies are now able to do so much
more now that Flash technology has been added to
our growing list of tools. As we watch Java technology
fade into the past, virtual tours such as our HomeTour
are the next wave of online marketing tools available
to homeowners looking to get a leg up on their competition.
The demand for a product like our HomeTour has
been there for years, and now, finally, we are able
to provide homeowners with a complete product that
leaves nothing to the imagination. By using an interactive
floor plan, still photos and 360º
panoramic images all in once easy to use
platform, you can show your potential clients that
there is nothing to hide.
Ordering a HomeTour for your property is easy,
just contact your rental management company or call
us directly to order. That's it! Our professional
photographer will schedule a time with the rental
company, pick up the keys and shoot your property
in a timely manor -- usually within 2 weeks! When
we have completed the tour, we upload it to our
server and send the link to your rental company,
they will then place an icon on your rental page
that links to the tour.

Hosting and Maintenance:
There is a yearly fee associated with the HomeTour
that covers our bandwidth and server space expences.
For a small fee of $50 per year (the first year
is included in your initial cost), you will receive
unlimited bandwidth from our high-speed server.
For this cost you will also be able to update your
photos free of charge anytime you want, as much
as you want. This will allow you to keep your HomeTour
up to date at all times.
Updating the photos on your
HomeTour:
To take advantage of this free service, either the
homeowner or the rental company must send us the photos
at a resolution of 1024x768 or greater. (A digital
camera with 2 mega pixels or higher can produce that
resolution).
When sending the photos, we will need to know which
photos they will be replacing. To take the guess
work out, we have added a feature to the HomeTour
that numbers each photo. If you scroll your mouse
over one of the green photo icons on the floor plan,
you should see a number pop up. The photos sent
to us must be renamed to match the number on the
HomeTour. Email them along with the name of the
rental company and the unit number for the property
